About Us

Stellar Catering began as a dream in 2002 when Chuck Koch and Randy Bonds purchased a small family owned catering business. Their goal was to grow the company and also maintain their most important values, family, great food and and unparalled customer service. They faced tremendous challenges but continued to march forward, growing the company to what Stellar Catering LLC is today. Both Chuck and Randy have strong backgrounds in customer service through their own business ownership ventures and many years of management experience in the food industry.

What started as a very small off-site catering company, Stellar Catering now operates out of a fullly licensed commercial kitchen in central Phoenix and has had the opportunity to cater to hundreds of small and large companies, including many of the Fortune 500.


Nichole Noonkester, our catering director, is also the owner's daughter. Nichole brings several years of catering and restaurant experience to the business, making her one of the most talented, efficient and organized event planners in the industry.

Our executive chef, Mike Gradowski, is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. As a catering, restaurant and private chef veteran, his food, knowledge and command of our talented kitchen staff is unsurpassed.

Still today, Stellar Catering's overall goal is, "treat our customers like family and provide great food and customer service for every event". With many years of experience in off-site catering and event management, they are confident that no matter what their client's desire they truly can provide unequalled service and quality on all levels.
